For Attorney Joannie Rodriguez, elder law is more than a profession, it is personal.

Her passion for serving seniors was shaped by her family’s 14-year journey caring for her beloved grandmother, who lived with Alzheimer’s disease. That experience showed Joannie firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate long-term care and important legal decisions during a crisis.Joannie graduated from Touro College’s Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in New York in 2013 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2014. In 2021, she achieved Board Certification in Elder Law from The Florida Bar, a distinction recognizing her specialized knowledge, experience, and professionalism.

Her practice focuses on estate planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, Medicaid and long-term-care planning, asset protection, special needs trusts, and veterans’ benefits.
Through her boutique-style firm, Joannie and her team proudly serve English- and Spanish-speaking families throughout Central Florida. Her goal is simple: to help families plan before a crisis, protect what matters most, and move forward with peace of mind.
